1st goal acheived!

 Hello,

It has been a long time since I have posted, I have recently hit my goal of 215 lbs. I have held it for the last 2 weeks and am working my TDE back up, currently it is about 2500 calories. My strengths in my lifts are improving.

Working sets (in lbs):

Squat                              185 

Bench                             205

Deadlift                          225

Shoulders                       20

Waist measurement        40.0 inches

Weight                            215 lbs.


I did this through changing the way I ate and 4-5 days a week in the gym. 

Typical day of food was:

Breakfast:            

Premade protein shake

4 oz of New York strip steak

3 medium fried eggs

Dinner:

1/2 bag of Mission pork rinds

3 medium fried eggs


Workouts:

Monday:                                    Legs and Shoulders

Tuesday:                                    Chest and Tricep

Wednesday:                               Back and Bicep

Thursday:                                   Chest and Tricep

Friday:                                        Deadlift, leg curl, bench, curl, lateral raises

Cardio (all work out days):        Incline treadmill (3.5 incline; 3.5 mph) 5-15 minutes


Cardio was 5 minutes, then when I stalled, I increased to 10 minutes then again to 15 minutes.

I started this July 1, 2023 at about 268 lbs., and I reached my goal of 215 lbs. September 9, 2023. 

Next goal is to get to 34 inch waist. I miss riding my bicycle into work but the time to get home is costly. 

I have now got back into riding motorcycles monthly, more motorcycle content will be coming!
